"Excellent service, staff very helpful and nice customer waiting area."
"Booked In for an alignment. Was made to wait 2 hours past the booking in time before my car went on the ramps. The form i was given stated it was tracked for a different car. Steering wheel wasn't even put straight. I then burned through 2 rear drivers side tyres within 6k miles which was strange so I had it retracked at another dealer which then discovered that the toe bolt on one side rear had been snapped during its previous tracking and put back. This was incredibly dangerous cost a fortune in the tyres. I spoke to the site and they fobbed off immediately would not come anywhere near admitting fault not even looking at the bolt, the report from the other garage nothing. I emailed customer service to no response. I ended up having to go to a main dealer to have repaired which was even more cost. Do not trust this garage anymore and the fact they would not even entertain the idea some dodgy work could be completed. Would not use again."
"I would just like to say these guys at Worksop are amazing. Friendly, helpful, fast and go the extra mile. I got brought here by the AA after a tyre blew out on my way to work. They made me feel at ease and helped prevent a future problem. Prices are great. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of Tyres, Servicing etc. Thank you all at Tanvic Worksop!"
"I've used Worksop Tanvic for a number of years. It is a well led service with good work ethics and provides value for money. The manager Darren is very helpful and gives good advice. My recent experience of MOT, diagnostics and service was very good. I hope they can maintain the high standard."
"I've used Tanvic Tyres on a few occasions, and have always been satisfied with the service they provided, up until my last visit. I had a service and MOT done on my van, which on the MOT, it failed on a couple of things, which they sorted. The only thing they were concerned about, was the fact that the brake pad warning light was remaining lit. They told me that they had checked the sensors, and on one wheel, the connector was missing, so they connected the wires best they could. This made no difference, and the light still remained on. They advertised me to get it sorted before the next MOT, as with the new law coming into effect, it would fail. They also said that I could take it back and arrange for an Auto Electrician to check the system, at a cost of £60 per hour. Since my visit, I have checked the system myself, and this is what I found Front nearside : No connector (which they said) but also no sensor Front offside : broken wire on sensor Rear nearside : both wires broke on sensor Rear offside : OK Fluid level warning : 1 broken wire Since finding these, I have made repairs myself, and cured the problem. I had taken the van to them previously, when the light 1st came on, and asked them to check the sensors. They did say they had replaced 2, but the light still stayed on. Nothing was mentioned about having more broken wires, and a missing sensor. I'm now wondering if the service has been done at all. Very disappointing, and it looks like I'll be looking to go elsewhere from now on, or better still, "Do it myself""
