"Huge shout out to Ryan at Worksop branch. After 2 sets of new quality tyres from new my 3 year old Juke was as becoming uncomfortable car to drive. another well known tyre company replaced 2 unevenly worn tyres, had it on the laser equipment several times and the car was no better, I thought I would have to sell it, but I loved my car, the only new car I’ve ever had. I finally went to national tyres at worksop, A former manager was very understanding, it went on their laser tracking ramp for several adjustable before he had Ryan take a look. I’d almost given up hope of my car being put right. Ryan was the most friendly. Polite and Knowledgeable mechanic I’d come across .. and I’d literally taken my car everywhere, even the dealer failed to solve this issue. Ryan went over and above to sort this out and he solved the problem!… ., I’m keeping the car I love…! Update …. I recently had a bad tear in a tyre and always return to to the Worksop centre that sorted me out, Ryan was there, as always so he was friendly, and still happy that I got to keep my car! "Booked my car in for 2pm Tuesday 01/11/22 for 5 point safety check. Arrived 10 mins early only to be told that all the bays were full but he would get it on when free. He requested that I leave it with him so I walked into Town and returned an hour later but car still hadn't been checked. Needless to say I wasn't impressed. Poor customer service. He had a couldn't care less attitude and offered no apology. Wasted 36 mile round trip.Wont be visiting again ."
