"I originally contacted Paul about my washer, unfortunately due to it's age and the problem, Paul advised me to put the money towards an new one. We were also having an issue with the dryer which I mentioned to Paul and he was very helpful in trying to advise how we could try and sort the issue ourselves. Unfortunately it did actually need a new pump, so Paul fitted that and also cleaned out the pump housing unit the next day when we were unable to resolve the issue ourselves. I found Paul to be extremely helpful, pleasant and offered a prompt service.
