"My MOT was done effectively and on time. Thank you."
"I booked my van in with them 3 to 4 weeks in advance for MOT , clutch and a suspension issue as I was having a week off and that was the only time my van could be off the road. I dropped it off at the agreed date and time and reiterated my requirements to which they agreed. 5 days later I rang them only to be told they hadn't started it but it would be done by the time I got back. I arrived back to find nothing had been done and Michael absent to which his colleague said he'd get him to call me. I left and returned 2 hours later to find the workshop closed and my van full of tools in the yard with the bonnet up and unlocked so anyone could have helped themselves. I rang Michael to discuss 3 times and requested a call back to which I got no reply. I went home and got my spare keys and locked my van up!! I collected my van this morning and have had to make alternative arrangements which have seriously disrupted my business and service to my customers."
"I've never heard of this place, let alone been near it. Kind of curious as to why Google wants me to leave a review. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they make amazing sandwiches, but their milkshakes are a bit weird. One had engine oil in it."
