Communication has been prompt all the way through and they have been informative throughout. We had storm damage a few tiles straight through our panoramic sunroof. A full inspection report provided clearly providing full evidence to ensure we were in agreement of the extent of the damages. Karl was always willing to accept any calls made by myself and was courteous and knew exactly where and what was happening with my car with accurate updates. Autocraft did the work within the timeframe they had set without messing me about and the transparency of this company says it all. "The workmanship and service is second to none. Communication was excellent, Karl and Hayden are brilliant, helpful,very pleasant and informative along with the rest of the team at Autocraft. Karl and his team do their very best to get the work completed so you don't have too much of a delay. As a customer we have to take into consideration that parts for the car can be delayed from the manufacturer or supplier due to manufacturing problems and hauliers and if it is an insurance claim a lot of the delays are held up by the underwriters for approval and it isn't the garages fault. My car has come back pristine and the car looks brand new. I'm very satisfied and happy with the work and service and would highly recommend Autocraft.
