"Really helpful staff but I was unable to purchase New Balance (NB) trail shoes at this store even though I have bought trail shoes from here in the past. That seems ridiculous because there is a lot of off road running in the area and members of our local running clubs would benefit from this outlet being fully stocked with all NB products. It was explained to me by the shop employees that their requests for NB to supply trail shoes to this outlet had been turned down as such products are stocked in shops in outdoor areas such as the Lake District. Most of us don't live in these areas and if visiting go there to walk, run or climb etc. I, for one, don't go on holiday to go shopping and need to purchase equipment locally so please stock items that, as runners, we require. I did, however, buy a pair of road shoes which are excellent."
