"Loved it, Especially the help from Francessa she helped loads and is amazing at her job!"
"My daughter has been under Camhs for quite a while. to start with I felt like she was not getting the help needed but after a change of worker and a lot of sessions with Fran my daughter has come on leaps and bounds. She worked along side my daughters school who were completely useless and wasn’t helping at all until Camhs were involved. I can not thank Fran enough Thankyou Fran for the amazing work you have done in helping my daughter"
"If I could rate you 0, I would I unfortunately you don’t deserve a star. My daughter threatened her life at the age of 8 and rather than try to understand the cause of this, CAHMS simply ignored it and put the absolute minimum interventions in with school that made the situation even worse and led to my daughters mental health becoming even worse, including mine. Diabolical, bias and single minded service that refuse to look at the wider picture, instead focus on the quickest solution to get the the referral complete."
"Horrible experience my daughters been awaiting over a year for anxiety medication due to autism already agrreed my gp school nurse and educational physiologist up in November complaining and was told a 5 week wait for triage 5 months later and my daughter self harming and lost over a stone just to get a rude receptionist called Tracey saying I need to stop putting my own feeling above my daughters I'm so upset I'm fighting for my daughter to get medication to be gaslighted feel so failed from this service to the point we might move put of trafford"
"I think this snapshot in the BBC article says it all! MORE NEEDS TO BE DONE! THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!! " The teams offer lower level mental health support in groups of schools, mainly via NHS wellbeing practitioners who have received bespoke training. But the demand for support has risen substantially recently. Last week, the BBC revealed a 77% increase in referrals to specialist services. The committee heard there were serious problems in accessing support at this end of the spectrum. Lord Layard told the committee: "The young people in the most trouble are the people who are diagnosable - we are talking about 10% of our children. "The shocking thing is that only about a third of these children get any form of specialist support. This is much worse than for adults." He added: "It's unbelievable that we have that situation, we have CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) that has such a high threshold - unless you're stabbing your sister, or something like, that you're assessed not to be bad enough""
