"My father arrived early for his appointment, as he had finished work earlier than expected. This was mentioned to the receptionist, who not so subtly implied that this would be a hindrance to her as she was cleaning up before closing for the day, and he would be in her way. Surprised by this reaction, my father waited in his car until about 5 minutes before his allotted time. When the appointment was running late, he mentioned this and was told by the receptionist "What do you want me to do about it? I don't think it really matters if it's running late, do you?" After hearing what was said , my father felt uncomfortable being there and simply said he would cancel his appointment, as this was a very unprofessional reaction, and frankly, very rude. He will not be returning at any time due to the curt and dismissive attitude of reception."
