"And after "service" in Halfords York you will have, car mat's covered in grease and doors handles plus poured engine oil from a bucket. Definitely NOT recommending this garage. Pathetic"
"I booked an appointment to get a wiper blade fitted. I was stood around for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to deal with me. There was 1 person dealing with another customer but also answering the phone 2-3 times. There were others in the garage area not doing anything that could have helped. When they did deal with me the wiper blade was out of stock and they were having to get this brought from another store. This was very frustrating when I had booked the item and fitting the day before for a specific time, I did expect it to be in stock and ready to be fitted at 4.30. In all I was at the store for 40-50 minutes for a job that took 1 minute. Very frustrating!!"
