"Used a couple of times, would now avoid if possible. Possibly the rudest woman I’ve spoke to at a garage, ever. Spoke to me like dirt when I simply asked for an engine management light to be diagnosed. Apparently you’re forced to get a service with them first or they will not diagnose and remove a clear issue. This garage also offer some questionable solutions that will NOT pass an MOT. Disgusting service, clearly cash grabbing. Genuine review, ignore the overly positive reviews, clearly fake."
"Would avoid this garage at all costs. Moved to Fulford 3 years ago and used them on a regular basis with no issues, then all of a sudden last year I took my car in for the usual MOT and service, not only did they absolutely trash my alloys but they charged me so much more than the Peugeot dealership themselves to carry out the same work which is absolutely ridiculous?! When my partner rang them up about it they had no valid reason for doing so and didn’t even try and correct the situation. They lost a regular customer that day and I will never go back. Don’t trust them."
