"Dr Chawdory basically killed by granddad in 2017. Brushed off him having chest pains and said it was Angina. Turned out to be a blood clot. Police & this surgery covered it up due to NHS lack of doctors. Same doctor apparently did the same to two other people. Surgery has not been the same since Dr. Buch left (little asian man). Brill doctor and a TRUE doctor he was. No proper doctors left anymore."
"The GP and nurses I have seen were good and came across as caring. However, it is so hard to get an appointment due to the reception staff being incompetent. I've also had massive delays to being referred due not being correctly directed to the correct paperwork. Worst GP I've ever been to and will be moving to a new one."
"I don’t really recommend this health centre, the receptionist were super raciest , I have sever eczema and I had a flare and they made me cry , they would tell me you don’t need doctor appointment although that was not the first time they were disrespectful and mean. They are a bunch of mean old ladies , I had to change my GP to get treatment , i even hate that street because several time I cried after speaking with them"
"Absolutely horrible receptionist told me the practice manager is too busy to triage my poorly 4 year old because she’s doing interviews she was so nasty towards me. I rang them at 8.01 this morning and never heard anything back so rang again to be told they didn’t have appointments and in a minute they have been open they all gone. She told me if I am so concern about my child then go to panda unit ! Never spoke to someone so rude!"
"Repeat prescriptions here are difficult, they require review periodically which means you need to fight for an appointment at 8AM every morning hoping that you don't just get cut off for no reason. From a medical perspective I've never really had a good interaction with this surgery."
