"I don't belong to this practice but should receive treatment for my lymfodema I am in agony but don't like the nurses attitude and won't go for treatment even tho ime in pain rather suffer than see one of them"
"Unfriendly, unwelcoming and seem to consider any patient a nuisance and hindrance that should go to hospital despite being referred them! Never answer the phone, unless they're bored it seems, so when they do they only give you another so you can stop ringing and go back to gossiping or playing on their phones."
"Really don't know what to say .. Cervical screening appointment took 3 months to areange, then 3 times cancelled and I'm currently 7 months late with Cervical screening.. Appointment for tomorrow 21st of December again cancelled follow by message to call back as soon as possible to rearrange the appointment. I called right after I have received the message and nobody answered. That was 8.10pm practice close 8.30pm how it's that possible. With my health history I'm very disappointed."
"I had the most lovely nurse called Liz to remove my contraceptive implant. I was so nervous as I had trouble last time I had one removed but Liz made me feel so relaxed, she distracted me in the best way, made me comfortable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. She was a pleasure."
"Lazy incompetence, gp who refuses to see patients is as useful as a Baker who won't bake. What are we paying our taxes for????? May as well change opening times to closed indefinitely. Surgery has been in decline for years. Now you can only get a phone appointment with a GP (3 weeks wait). You can only see a GP if the GP chooses to see you! Surely the patient is the one with the need to see the GP. Taxpayers paying for an NHS service which is almost redundant now. Something needs to change!"
