"The whole experience today has been brilliant. Phoned up first thing and spoke to a lovely receptionist who took our details, then was phoned back later by the nurse Sonia who listened carefully to our situation and then invited us for an appointment. She was so kind and caring and professional - I really couldn't fault any of the way we were dealt with by any of the staff. I hope this encourages more people to leave good reviews when they are happy with things - rather than only bothering to write a review when they are displeased. Thank you to everyone who helped us today :)"
"I have a chronic illness so speak to the doctor 4 times a year. I like that I can book in using the online system, and contact that way, instead of phoning and waiting. If I do phone, the receptionists are polite and efficient. I have had appointments with lots of different doctors here and have always had a positive experience. They listen and really try their best to help me with any medical issue. I would recommend this GP to friends or people new to the area."
"Very sad to leave this review as Dr Sieburt was one of the best GP. Practice is shocking, poor receptionists with very bad attitude! Don’t give me the “under funding” excuse as the practice makes good enough profit just not bothered with recruiting extra GP’s as this would cost money. No matter what time you ring it is mission impossible to get through and when you do you have a better chance of winning the lottery than an appointment. Please don’t look for profit over health of people"
"Never ever get registered with this surgery. Never answer the phone nor reply to the email. Request medication and never actioned. No appointments what so ever. Reception are not clinically trained and they take decisions on clinicians behalf which is a safety risk. Will complain to CQC to check what training receptionists hold to take all the decisions to signpost the patients accordingly. If you value your life don't take the risk. Wait for the inspection from CQC with the proof I'll provide them. Good luck!!!!"
"Used to be a great place 20 years ago. Now Can t even speak a doctor without going the hurdles of speaking to a receptionist and triage nurse. This can take a whole day and very distressing when you ate in pain. When you are lucky enough to see a doctor your case is often dismissed. It will get better they said. Now 6 weeks have gone past and am still in pain."
