"This clinic should be fined and legally held responsible for playing with people's lives, and closed down for offering zero treatments to nobody. Total waste of public funds that could go to saving someone else's life in a different way/location. The clinic is never available for any appointments, nobody picks up the phone, no way of communication, and they won't allow in-person visits either. Useless. How is such an institution even allowed to exist at taxpayer's expense when it generates absolutely no productive output? Are the people there even available of the people's sentiment, and the reviews here? They should be ashamed of themselves. We got over Covid a year ago, and they still don't allow for in-person visits. What's going on here!? This is mental."

"Been trying for the past 5 days to make an appointment. Their phone line rings for around 1.5 minutes and cuts off. When I've called back, the line is engaged on every attempt so clearly they have blocked my number. I'm reporting this to our MP and complaining to the NHS foundation as it's not acceptable to treat patients this way. Based on other descriptions of other patients, the staff here are doing not a lot all day long."

"Not worthy one star. 1. either line is busy or no on picks up the phone 2. I managed to get hold of them after 2 weeks and receptionist was absolutely rude and offended when I gave her a feedback for lack of care and abandoned service 3. appointments never available apparently due to shortage of staff, app available only if you have symptoms which I did have. 4. I was given an appointment. On arrival did not look like as a shortage of staff. each room open with no patient in, each room with a nurse in - chitty chatty, drinking coffee and not doing anything. 5. I was seen by a nurse who had no idea what she was dealing with just by the look of a colour of the discharge I had. telling me it is not STI and I should use a different soap for showering. 6. took swabs and had to wait one week for results come back 7. for positive result I has given another appointment for treatment but in 2 weeks time? this is really a lack of care and waste of NHS money on lazy and useless staff and putting patients health at risk. positive STI need immediate treatment. it does not require to see another nurse to pick up antibiotics. 8. Overall service is bad and will not recommend it at all. Cannot be compared with other GUM services in the country"
