"What on earth is happening to our practice, Wait forty minutes on the phone. when you get through ... sorry we'll get you a call back... never came... phoned back again ... oh i apologise i will send it to the doctor right now .... no phone back... actually go down to the surgery explain i'm still in agony and still no consultation... oh sorry i will send urgently to the doctor and he will be in touch later today.... two days later NOTHING !!!!!"

"Now where do I start... So due to having reoccurring back/shoulder pain, I decided after 6 years to visit a surgery for a referral. Dr Ali, was absolutely rude, degrading, belittling, abrupt, cheeky, impatient, intimidating, savage, ignorant, inconsiderate, controlling and more. He asked stupid questions like • "What do you want me to do"? • "What if I told you I can't do anything about it"? • "Do you want Morphine or do you want surgery"? This appointment was unsettling considering he was the one that mentioned this was my first visit to a doctor in 6 years. He should be ashamed of calling himself a doctor and a Muslim above all. Neither his profession or religion practise any of the traits he transcends. Dr Archer is similar but not as bad. Dr. Archer needs counselling after some of the things he's shared with me (a patient). He's clearly disturbed and suffering after telling me how much he drinks due to his wife and kids leaving him. He seems unstable. I think I'm done with this review. Thanks"

"Literally impossible to get an appointment - awful GP practice You start calling at 8am when there phone lines open and your already caller number 20+ in the queue. If you actually manage to get through your either told all appointments for the day are gone and too call back tomorrow and try again, if you are lucky enough to be considered for an appointment your given an over the phone one with an approx time, but this is only after the receptionist has questioned you on the reason behind you needing to be seen by a doctor in the first place. When the Doctor does finally call you your fobbed off and made to feel like your wasting their time. Covid restrictions have been lifted for ages yet the Dr’s that work here are never in the practice to do face-to-face appointments they’ve become too comfortable sitting at home googling the answers to your symptoms to misdiagnose and prescribe the wrong info/meds"
