"Me and my wife had our first initial appointment today. The dentist we saw, was absolutely amazing. I am a very nervous and anxious patient due to previous experience else where. But the dentist put me at ease, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment same with my wife. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, with a lovely smile on her face. But the disappointing part was the nurse, the nurse was very rude to me and my wife and very abrupt and it made us feel very uncomfortable. Apart from that, the practices is absolutely fantastic with a very good service."
