"After being with the practice for 40 years I now have to find a new dentist. No communication was provided by the practice that I was being removed from its list. No communication from the practice to re booked appointments that were missed on their part. They are quick to criticise patients that miss appointments but don't hold themselves to account when they do. Its shocking to be treated like this after so many years. Long gone are the days of real care, its all about making a profit !!!!!"
