"Very understaffed and the few (im sure not all the staff but few) they do have seem like they dont want to be there. Went to get my little one measured for baby shoes, took a ticket waited 25 mins for the number to change nothing... went to the till to ask for help, was told they are busy but ill be next, waited another 10 mins.. within this 10 mins 3 staff member looked over at me/walked past me but didnt serve me.. thiugh they may be busy but they proceeded to have a giggle in the corner of the store... walked back to the till to ask for help.. this staff member, gentlemen who actually seemed busy jumped off till and went to get a lady to come help me. She measured my little ones feet and quoted me the wrong size, how do i know.. because i was standing there also reading the measuring guide (at this point i should mention i worked in clarks for over 2 years during my college days), and when i asked her to check again she grunted and said "yeah tour right actually"... then went missing again when i asked for the shoe size so we could try it on.. my patience was gone so i left the store.. Much prefer the harrow branch to the brent x one, smaller but staff actually help there."
"Staff very helpful. Got what I wanted and they guided me through using my voucher to pay. They made it so easy. As one would expect, their shoe measuring service is always the best. Good to know the width of your feet when buying shoes. Although they used the lo-tech version to measure feet, it was still quick and as you would expect, accurate. No calibration or charging required. Thank you Clarks."
"Have bought shoes for the office here a few times and the staff are always really helpful, even when they're quite busy which seems to be always. Also one staff member was very patient with my friend who is a Ukrainian refugee and is still learning English when we got some shoes for her a few weeks ago."
