"I usually have no complaints, but this morning I took my car in for a service and the bloke at the desk told me I hadn't booked. I had feared the worst when they just asked my name rather than taking a car Reg or make. I actually booked it in 2 weeks ago and needed the service before my holiday driving round Scotland. I don't mind an admin error, but the fella made me feel like it was my fault and even got arsey telling me about his bad leg and how busy he is. I phoned when I got home to re-book and he again said he was busy and to phone back in an hour. Needless to say I didn't bother. Still fuming."
