"I've used this garage for years and was completely blown away by the rudeness and unprofessional service that I received this time round for my MOT. The receptionist Ian was beyond unhelpful and kept sighing and huffing when I was asking for more information about the MOT failure, he went on to raise his voice at me and tell me I just need to come in and speak to the tester. My car failed on the passenger seat being faulty and not locking into place. My daughter sits behind the passenger so of course it has always locked into place however after getting my car home the mechanism snapped in my partners hand, so this made me question why this had suddenly snapped. Of course I assumed the tester had been forceful trying to unfold the seat. This wasn't an easy fix and the garage don't do this sort of thing so I had to buy a full new chair myself. I will never bring my car back to this garage, and I'd recommend for everyone to avoid!!"
