"If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Their online form for appointments opens at 8am for over 5 days straight it is not available by 8.15am. I have screen recorded this last few times. Calling them is also pathetic. They don’t even want to listen. Apart from tell you to call 111 or go to a&e"
"Extremely poor on all levels. There should be an equal number of minus stars. Staff are abrupt, rude lack any knowledge and are incompetent. In late December I went to the pharmacy for blood pressure checks after being referred there by the Kapur service. My Blood pressure was reading extremely high which was a great concern to the pharmacist. So much so that she, herself delivered a hand written letter to highlight the urgent need to have face to face GP appointment. The next day I was given an appointment and again my blood pressure was dangerously high. I was instructed to carry out several actions including getting blood sample taken. Th Gp said she had also referred me for an ECG - I’heard nothing since. I got the bloods tests done as soon as I could which was over 2 weeks later and had to travel to the other side of town. A week later I received a terse text from the GP practice to instruct me to go for more tests on enquiry with the reception I was told the bloods had been lost. So another 2 weeks and another trip to the other side of town. I then received another text from a GP at the practice which was very poor simply stating my iron was low so pick up a prescription - absolutely no bearing to the reason I was sent for a blood test. My written complaint was just as terse, took no responsibility for the poor practice and carelessness So now in February, no further than I was at Christmas time. I have headaches, chest pains, dizziness and double vision."
"Absolutely awful appointment making system online. You have to fill a form online and wait for a call and text back ! Waiting since 8 this morning To book an appointment for Today! I called the reception and she said ‘’they’ll contact you today but you won’t Get an appointment today’’ Because they still being triaged ?"
"This is the worst practise in history! How they're still running is unbelievable. I have been with them for over 10years luckily I never need to go to GP, but in the handful of times over the last 10years they always seem to fob you off. Never seen to have appointments available EVER. None on the day, nor do they have any in the future. You cannot be fully booked. There is so many other GP's how do they manage to give appointments to their clients?"
"There should be an option less than one star. Been with this practice for many years used to be fine until since covid gone downhill and all these new international doctors that have started. They are rude, nasty and make their own rules. My appointment kept getting changed was told morning then no call then afternoon no call with no notice. Then when finally got through the phone consultation no apology, no respect he had so much attitude as though he did me a favour my calling me (when it’s his job). And then I explained my symptoms but because I had more than one symptom he had the cheek to say “one problem per phone call “ saying I need to book another appointment if I need to discuss another symptom, such a joke. He had no interest in my health concern he was to focused on ending the call repeating “it’s a 10 minute slot per patient only” There is no help anymore the nhs may aswell get privatised because at least then when you have a problem you’ll get the service you pay for. Whereas now paying taxes so much tax and no service it’s an absolute joke."
