"Very rude cashier. Went to buy swim suite for my daughter, shop assistant couldn’t confirm the size so I had to browse around for the correct size. Went to the cashier, as soon as she saw I am there to pay for a swim suite and she straight away told me no return or exchange for swim suite. I asked her why is that as you don’t have fitting room? Then a old man probably the owner told me to go there with him and told me just try there in that corner. How a girl can try a swim suite when the shop is full of people. How hard is it to arrange a fitting room in a cloth’s shop? I have tried to explain that to the cashier she was shouting at me saying what should she do? I told her you let the owner know. Again she was shouting back with a upset face. I told her I’m the one should be upset because you don’t have fitting room and I have to pay £15 and if that is not the correct size it will be total wasted. She was wearing hijab, I have full respect for that but where was the respect for my daughter? You don’t try swim suit on top of other clothing. Really upset about it. I will be avoiding these shop for ever."
"Fabulous Company with impeccable service. Can’t quite believe they had a artificial flowers in over 100 colours . The ribbons i purchased for my client were spot on and the price was realistic."

"Horrible customer service! Went there with my sister and her friend and my sister took some items including a broken box. The staff started to shout about it even though the box was already broken when she found it.The my mum asked to see CCTV footage to see if my sister actually broke the box or not. They said that they couldn't show her the CCTV footage ,even though there were cameras. They said that they sold this empty gift box and 'apparently' it was on display and they had 4 more boxes. They showed my mum the whole shop and there were no more of those boxes at all yet they stil argued about the so-called, non-existing didsplays. Finally they forced my mum to pay for the box without any solid proof that my sister broke it at all! Never going there again! It's soo bad that I'd rate it a 0, but because I can't I'll give it a 1. - Raidah p.s The staff don't have any uniform, so they look like ordinary people. Most of the time they just stand there and do nothing but looking around and shout or complain about the most unessecary things ever. Once I picked up a book and looked inside it too see if I still wanted it. Then they shouted at me and said don't pick up things you don't need as if they have a clue about my needs. They especially misbehave with unattended children, takes advantage of them, blame them for things that they didn't even do, and then lie about what the child did and gets away with, just because the parent wasn't around! It's called kids world but actually, it's a lot like kids prison."
