"Bought a car from this garage and the entire process of purchase from start to finish was seamless and the salesman was very accommodating with collection by coming in on a day off. After a month of having the car I had a puncture which in no way is the dealers fault, I took it to my local dealer who told me that the NSR shock absorber was leaking badly and required replacement. I had no worries as I had 3 months warranty only to be told by the warranty company that this item is not covered. I contacted the dealer to see if there was anything they could do in terms of good will as I had only had the car for 4 weeks and this was going to cost me around £500. I was told repeatedly that the owner was on holiday and would respond upon their return. It has been almost 4 weeks now and still no contact. Would recommend on purchasing but not on the aftersales."
