"Ordered rear discs an pads over a month ago item did not arrive contacted seller and delivery firm there was a bit of an issue as the delivery driver had just left the item outside Anyway delivery firm agreed item had gone missing by the 27th of June and told the seller had to claim from themthis was told to both me and the seller on the 28thj7ne I politely asked the seller to resend the item as I was going away on the 10th July and my car was off the road This is where the fun starts and the seller messed about constantly blanked ignored and told I wasn't getting a refund till they got theirs I'm sorry that's not how business works I bought from you I didn't receive both you and delivery firm accepted this I should of been. Refunded right away Not had my car off the road for over 3 weeks and miss an holiday because your waiting on a refund from a service you used Wouldn't use again just be aware if you have any issues I doubt this company will resolve them"

"Ordered lower wishbone arms last Friday at 12.50, website stating they were in stock & informed (by telephone) delivery was 2-3 working days. I ordered from this company as both wishbones were shown completely built with ball-joints & bushes, saving time on receipt. Paid by paypal & money was immediately transferred. Courier was Fedex. States on confirmation of order, email would be sent when dispatched giving tracking number - DID NOT happen. E-mailed company on Tuesday morning, no response. Phoned Tuesday afternoon & given tracking number but informed no info would be available until after 9.00am on Wed (which was true). Would appear items had not been dispatched until TUESDAY morning, next day delivery. Not received until Thursday 5.00pm - almost 5 working days! These 2 wishbones are from DIFFERENT manufacturers (1 x EAG & 1 x Comline) & NOT as shown on website. One is completely built & the other came with the ball-joint & bush separate, MINUS the 2 securing nuts. I have a photo of both the website showing complete wishbone arms which I understood I was purchasing, & the goods I received. Will certainly NOT use this company again!"

"Superb service, I ordered a pair of bottom suspension links for an Astra mk4 17:00 on the Thursday and they were delivered the following day by around 15:00 Friday the following day). The price of the parts were less than the price of just a pair of joints from one of the other major pattern part suppliers . So win-win situation. This is probably either my 2nd or 3rd purchase and for sure I'll shop with "Click A Motor Part" again :)"
