"The hairstylist was on a hurry, she didn’t let me explain properly. The haircut was miserable unfortunately!! Even for fringe, the layers are disorganized:("
"My parcel arrived late and I needed as gifts and therefore they were no longer needed. The returns policy not clear. If you change your returns policy for black friday, you need to state it clearly on the page. As a frequent customer I don't check terms and conditions each time."
"We attended in June and July with our daughter, who was 14 months at the time, for her first ever haircut. Ana was absolutely fantastic, so wonderful with our daughter, calmly distracting her if she even got slightly restless. My daughter was so at ease the whole time, hence we went back again, just before the end of our holiday. I thoroughly recommend going to a child’s salon as the experience of the hair stylists with children, toys and other distractions made all the difference. We were also very happy with the haircut itself. It’s worth noting that I do think it might depend on who you get, so I would specifically recommend Ana."
"Great experience getting my daughters first hair cut. Leah kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure my daughter was happy too. Would definitely recommend!"
"My little daughter is regular client at Trotters hair salon. We usually happy with result and whole process. But we can not say it about our last visit to the Westfield. Now, I am know that from very beginning I had have to stop whole process, because hairdresser's working place was not clean enough, that hairdresser herself was not neat. I calmed myself, with thoughts that company like Trotters would have good professionals, so I do not have to worry. But when she start cutting, she start hurting my daughter pulling her hair, but she was brave and said that she is fine. The thing is that this day we decided to cut long hair to the bob cut and after whole cutting process we have got the worse haircut. It is unprofessional and crooked. One side is longer than another and very ragged. For us it was special day, especially for my daughter, she was waiting for this haircut and I decided not arguing at place, because she already done her hair and this hairdresser can not do better job, so the fact of saying that it is terrible will hit my daughters confidence, because there is no chance to find a new place to fix it at Sunday evening. So to keep my daughter happy and we left. In two days we went to the normal hairdresser (not Trotters) and tried to fix it, now it is better, but there is still few things, that can not be fixed and we have to wait when hair grow."
