"I like this shop. I think their products are good. However, I've had a streak of bad experiences, which makes me think it's not just coincidence; something is going wrong. First, I signed up for their mailing list and got a discount code. It didn't work, but I needed to get the product, so I purchased it and contacted their customer service to see if I could use it later. They said they were sorry it hadn't worked and asked me to redeem the discount by making a telephone order. Really? I wasn't that desperate for the discount, so I let it pass. Sometime later, my wife and I went to the Chiswick shop, and they had a bunch of signs encouraging you to buy multiple items to get discounts, and we fell for it. Later that day I thought it had been more expensive than expected, and when I checked the receipt, to my surprise, no discount had been applied. Then this last 14th of August, I bought some products on their website, and they claimed it would take 2-4 working days to arrive. It took 9 working days. If they had said it would take that long, I would've gone to the shop the next weekend or paid for the next working day delivery. I think this is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone."

"Their online ordering service was terrible and didn't update when items out of stock. Only found out why it was taking so long by calling Customer Service. In the end had to go into store which didn't have all items of my original order."

"I had a wonderful experience in that shop. The staff was so kind and helpful, helped me with jeans at the beginning of my pregnancy and were of excellent advice. They then helped and fitted me for a maternity bra - being completely new at pregnancy this was most welcome and such a positive experience! They are also equipped with a loo and facilities to change your baby and invite you to use them whenever you want, especially if you happen to be on the street in dire need of one. It was like being at a friend’s home. I’m definitely going back again for anything else I’ll need for my pregnancy and future newborn!!"

"I wish this shop had a bigger selection of clothes for baby boys. The online site only has a filter by “girls” or “unisex” and although their clothes are quality, I don’t think they cater very well for newborn baby boys. I also wanted to get him a sleep suit / baby grow with built in mittens and feet coverings to stop scratching and keep him warm but most of the suits are cut off at wrist and ankle. I also wanted more white and or blue clothes not so much grey."

"Very helpful staff. I sometimes use their baby changing facilities or if I have to breastfeed. The staff in any store are always accommodating. I’ve found some absolute gems in here and their loyalty card scheme is worth signing up to. I’ve always thought that they have less stuff than other stores but the stuff is almost hidden away. Best bet is to ask staff if you can’t find something. It would be nice if the store had a better layout esp for books and toys"
