"Still selling good stuff, neat shop. I did buy a couple of things, but always make absolutely sure I try on first and inspect what I'm buying as their returns policy is awful. Therefore I do not buy presents there any longer, which is a shame."
"House of Fraser has completely sealed off the ground floor direct entrance to Tesla supercharger car park. Very mean of them. John Lewis and M&S have much better entrance and exit system to their adjacent car parks."
"Staff were friendly which was good. Some bargains but clearly the returns policy is an issue. No refunds, only credit notes or replacements. Most of the top designer clothing labels are not on sale as you would hope, unless I missed them."
"The non refund policy Is not mentioned anywhere pre purchase. Poor customer service, especially at the Dior makeup counter - the older, short haired blonde woman is rude. Can't find staff to serve you, however a lovely girl called Harman was extremely helpful."
"It was a quiet period at the end of the day. I wanted to purchase a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick and lip cheat and foundation. The sales assistant spent all her time following around 1 couple assisting and advusing them, and neglected myself and 2 other couples. When she was finally free, i asked her for a foundation match. She said she couldnt as she was the only sales staff there. So i tested the foundation myself and then went elsewhere to make my purchase. I found the sales staff in the other store to be very helpful."
