"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! No, seriously, I mean it...... Took our money then phoenixed the business and took us for best part of £10k. Takes payment in full (wont take credit cards) as says needs to pay supplier up front to maintain keen pricing. And guess what? not a member of any trade bodies such as KBSA...... Endless promises to refund, never transpires. Pronorm GMBH claim to have no affiliation other than being a supplier with these chancers but website and stationary emblazoned with their logo and contact details. Make your own mind up if they are aware of their shananigans. Ray Tollerfield is the main contact - promises everything and delivers nothing but grief and heartache. If you want to avoid the sleepless nights and months of hell we and many others went through, take your money and your business elsewhere,"
