"WORST WORST STAY AWAY I ordered set of wardrobes they say it will take 12 weeks for delivery so I waited. 12 weeks gone still not here every time u call they say they will call u back but they never do. So now apparently Germany has sent the wrong order so I should wait another 12 weeks. So I got my money back. They mess about so much. Customer service is so bad. I will never recommend anyone to them. I also got a coffee table from them they said it is brand new when I received it, it had many marks on it. STAY AWAY it doesn't even deserve 1 star"
"The quality of furniture is horrendous. Bought sliding wardrobe, doors are awful started getting stuck and coming off sliders after 2 weeks. Staff are unhelpful customer service is awful. Fitters want nothing to do with any fitting faults overall terrible company."
"They don't even deserve one star.The worst company ever . I bought it full bed set with in a month wardrobe get stuck, it was sliding wardrobe .Called them a guy come and fix it then few months later it gets stuck again .I called them over and over they don't answer the phone, when they do they will take your details and said they will send someone over they never show up .I called them again why they didn't come they said they will enquire about it and get back to me which they never did.Called them next day same response they apologised it wasn't sincere apology.They said will sent someone to sort it out.NEVER HAPPENED!. They are liars.To this day iam still waiting."
