"A great old pub close to Leeds City centre with a great range of beers, including peroni. Not the cheapest pint but tastes very good. Nice enclosed outdoor area right next to Leeds minster. Food menu looks pretty impressive and would come back to eat when next back in Leeds. Pretty busy for a Thursday afternoon, can imagine its pretty packed out in the evenings and in summer"

"If you're visiting Leeds, this is well worth checking out. If you're visiting the Minster, it's a must. The building is pre-Victorian and packed with history. It was once the home of the notorious serial killer Mary Bateman. It has two floors, a balcony and a garden. The food is tasty, the staff are friendly and the decor is attractive. It seems to be a very popular place to go in the evening and has an over-all pleasant and laid back vibe!"
