"So poor ! Terrible service after my daughter and her boyfriend travelled for 2 +hours from Nottingham ti have a relaxing stay for his birthday. They were turned away at 11pm by the security guard why would not let them check in as my daughter is 20 years and 2 months old , her boyfriend is 21 . She works as cabin crew and has stayed in hotels all over the world but this ridiculous place woukd not let her stay due to being an adult at age 20 . The. to add insult to injury won’t refund her for the 2 nights that she booked . Avoid avoid , or you may get turfed out and be without accommodation at an unearthly hours ."
