The showroom had quite a few different designs, the staff on both my visits were lovely, knowledgeable and polite - not pushy at all unlike other stores I visited! The ordering process was really easy and despite the fact I wanted 1 diván bed but the mattress off a different bed, they advised I can mix and match however I want. It was delivered ahead of schedule and was set up quickly and easily by the kind young men who delivered it. Every step of the process was made so easy with great customer service where nothing was too much trouble. The bed is amazing and since getting it, I haven’t felt the back pain I was having before. You can also purchase the bases & headboards there. Prices are reasonable compared to the bigger bed shops and you do still receive a personal service."
