"Bought online the leather jacket arrived damaged with patchy areas and residue left on the left sleeve. I contacted Customer Service and it took ages to acknowledge/respond (thanks to the Covent Garden staff who sent a reminder) and they advised that the "discolouration is a natural characteristic of new leather". They are willing to pay for the return labels so I guess I should say "thank you for the gesture". Please keep an eye on online purchases as if this is the last item (as it was mine) you may receive an item which is sold not in a good condition. UPDATE: I contacted the store and they advised HO would be contacting me with a view to resolve the matter. Over 2 weeks have passed and none has attempted to discuss the situation. It looks like they do not want to take responsibility. Such a shame."
"Very poor customer service and online ordering process. Orders processed for items that are out of stock and then almost impossible to receive a refund. The customer service dept also take a long time to return any messages. Plus, there is no customer services phone number that I can find. It is a shame as the clothing is nice but IMO not worth the hassle of the ordering process."
"Stunning store, expensive range of clothes though. Good service though, both in this store and online."
"I don't even know where to begin. The most unresponsive customer service I've ever experienced. Placed an order before Christmas, returned item because the size was too small, asked for refund for item and postage that I paid out of my own pocket. JUST received refund for my item TODAY, but disregarded postage refund. They never respond to your e-mails, there is no customer service number. I prefer in-store. Never purchasing anything from their online shop again. AVOID!!!!!"
"Terrible experience. Ordered a jumper and a t shirt. They never arrived. Took over 2 weeks to sort a refund and I had t pay postage to return the items. Luxury brand? Really? I was given a 50% discount to soften the blow. Funnily enough the jumper I ordered never arrived. Took me over a month this time to sort out with Kent and Curwen. Total and utter shambles. And I have to say this is the first time I have ever complained about anything, but the services was that poor I just have too. Seriously a joke!"
