"Really nice shop, but the people who are running the shop have no idea of their role and they are really rude. I went there to buy a tie, cufflinks and a pocket square no one ever helped me or talked to me while i was trying to find where the items were located. I went to pay to the till and I was waiting for a while cause the people behind the till were dealing with random things in their tablets. Finally, a girl from no where came behind the till and she asked me “if I am okay” and I told her I just want to pay them another girl who was behind the till asked me if I want receipt I told her multiple times yes and she was laughing non stop, I asked her if it’s something funny and then the girl who came from no where replied to my question instead of her “no sir everything it’s fine” obviously something wasn’t funny. I was too close to leave everything I was about to buy there and leave. I am never going back there if I could rate their unprofessional behaviour and the unprofessional experience I had because of them it would be 5 stars well done ."

"I didn't buy anything. Central London was slammed by a huge thunderstorm and it was very very wet. The lovely staff had no problem with non-customers coming in to stay dry. Thank you!"

"Awful. The staff were so rude, offended people within my wedding party and made us feel very unwelcome! She tried to hard sell us the tailored me service which we were told was cheaper than off the shelf… it was £300 more. Generally a terrible atmosphere, but luckily found Frencheye on Oxford street which is fantastic."

"Do not go. This place has been consistently one of the worst suit buying and renting experiences I've ever had. The staff are all rude and lack a knowledge to help on the most basic level. They were unable to give any more of a description of what different shirt cuts mean beyond repeating the title. They couldn't explain the rationale for some of the mad procedures they have. They acted exasperated when asked to try on more than one size. Ordered suits take often 6 more weeks than told with no updates. Despite manning rentals their phone line is never Picked up despite trying multiple times on different days of the week. Meaning you have to travel to the shop to get any updates They refuse to measure you. The staff were rude and hostile when any concern or difficulty was occurring. Find another location for your suit needs"

"Very poor customer service when buying a tailored engagement suit. I had a tailor appointment which was delayed due to an apparent lack of staff. Attendant who eventually arrived seemed rude and very unhappy to be working, she even made a huge deal of announcing the price (as if to infer that I wouldn't be able to afford it) . She first told me that the date I needed the suit was fine, so we spent time creating the suit, but when it came to paying, she said that the suit might be later than my delivery date (over a month away). I said I did NOT want the suit if it was going to be late, she said her manager would call me the next morning to confirm whether the suit would be on time or not so that I could cancel it if it would not be. Days later, no call. Attempted to call them 10+ times but nobody answers the phone. Contacted customer service who said i'd be called back, but now I'm scared that the suit won't be ready but they've conned me into paying already so they'll try to refuse a refund. I'll have to make the trip back to the store to try and get some answers out of them. Really regret not walking out of the store as soon as I got this bad feeling about the place. Wish i had read other reviews about the terrible service. Avoid!"
