"AMAZING service for my husband in 2021 from Pedro (African Portugese, wore glasses). I hope he still works there! There were older workers there who saw my husband trying on the suit and said it didn’t need alterations- it was fine LOL. As soon as Pedro saw him, he assisted immediately and we got a few alterations to make sure the fit was perfect."

"It has really really bad customer service and rude staff. Yday i was there with my friend as he wanted to buy overcoat. As he was trying the overcoat, in the middle of that, staff lady comes to him and asks him directly “are you going to buy it?” in a rude tone. You could really figure out what it was about in the background. Other man was there who was looking for a coat and he wanted to try the same coat. The lady could not wait even for 2 mins!! I could clear see on her face how she disliked us and she just assumed that we were not going to buy anything! This is my second such experience at this place and i had to write review this time. Staff needs to be either changed or properly trained. Don’t make customers fee unwanted. Really shame."

"Great store but DO NOT take their recommendation of the tailor (LQ Tailoring) he is the worst, not only expensive but also he ruined my Jacket and simply accuse Moss store for putting the pins wrongly even though I was sure it was perfect before I gave him the Jacket, and then he asked me to pay double to fix his mistake. In top of that he was very racist."

"Coming from a loyal moss bros customer, this branch is an absolute mockery - avoid at all costs. I went in to buy two ‘stretch’ shirts. Unfortunately you aren’t able to try the size you desire and instead must choose from a dirty selection of limited sizes - which is understandable. After trying a few shirts on, I very clearly asked for the size I needed. I come home to find the staff have ignored my instructions and bagged two shirts of a completely different size to that I asked for. Okay, may have been a genuine mistake. I then make the trip back to the store a week later, asking for an exchange and VERY clearly ask for the size I originally wanted and ask for the shirts to be of stretch material again. I then come home to find the shirts are now the correct size, but the complete wrong material. At this point, I lost hope and thankfully another branch were able to rectify the mistake."

"I was happy to get my black tie suit within 1 hour. Great guys, à it desorganised (on guy serving 5mclients in the basement and 4 guys very busy doing nothing above for more than 40 minutes). However, I was really happy to get my suit that quickly)"
