Reviews
"The customer service in this store is abysmal. Bought a belt here that needed a few more holes to be punched. Instead of bothering to use a ruler/measuring tape, the staffer relied on his “senses” and completely butchered the hole punching. The new holes were no way aligned with the original ones and has unequal distances between them. It completely destroyed an otherwise beautiful belt. You could see that the staffer was very reluctant to help, and this really ruined our day."
"I had the worst customer service experience EVER! No one helped me at all, not sure if it was because I just came from work and was wearing leggings and a hoodie or if I was a black female with dreads shopping the mens section and did not look like their 'usual' customers but I was just ignored whilst other people were asked if they needed help. I had to go to another floor just to ask a question. Then when I wanted to buy my items and asked for a gift receipt two workers told me they didn't them. After I bought the items I went to another floor and ask a different worker if they done gift receipts and they said 'yes of course we do' had to then wait for him to put my items back through the system to get a gift receipt! Was a really bad experience!"
"Great store, cool styles, friendly staff (for the most part). Everyone I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and pleasant apart from one person. Otherwise, the store is laid out beautifully and it feels like a proper British establishment. You may not get the quality and bespoke options that you’d find at other Jermyn Street establishments, but for the price of one custom shirt, you can buy six at Hawes & Curtis. Great value."
"I had a Great experience at Hawes & Curtis. I went in and was served by the wonderful Sofia. She measured me up and tailored my suit perfectly. Collected my suit a week later even though it was ready after just 3 days. Couldn’t ask for a better service."
"I’ve been to Hawes & Curtis a couple of times so far and on both occasions I found a good customer service and nice shirts for very affordable prices. Their staff members tend to be friendlier and more willing to help compared to the other shirts shops on Jermyn Street hence why I’ll keep going back in the future."
