"Ordered some clothes 27.12.2022. Has never received. Tracked on UPS - the parcel was returned to Hugo Boss 13/01/23. Nevertheless, no matter how many times I applied, sent emails and called, so far (up to 25/01/2023) I am not refunded. Every time when I called them, the answer was - we would call you back. They never did. Also, it was the obvious problem between Hugo Boss and UPS, but Hugo Boss said until they have the goods back, they will not refund! But how a customer can return goods if he/she never received them! Obviously, Hugo Boss does not care about its customers."
