"I am here to share my experience with Hackett Online. I have boight a cap feom them and worn it for my fathers funeral. The cap has lost colour and I requested hackett to fix the issue for me. They offered me 10% off for this instead of refund, half price back or offer me to buy spray diy to fix the issue. What a terrible management. The quality is not good enough if it gets so bad in 3 weeks time"

"A shop over 3 floors with lots of quality suits and shirts to choose from. The suit section on the first floor is spacious and nicely laid out. The changing rooms are nice and big too. I received a good customer service when I went for a suit. The gentleman who served me was very helpful. They do an alteration service if required."

I was very happy with the service to help me find what I wanted, the assistant knew my size just by looking at me and the polo shirts were a perfect fit. Nicely designed shop also. You pay more than the average shop but the quality means the shirts will last many years."
