"Amazing, Julian and Georgia were fast, efficient and extremely helpful in finding my wedding suit. An absolute breeze in what i thought would be an extremely cumbersome experience. I would definitely come back, just for these 2 staff members. Managers/Directors must see their talent and give them a raise! Thanks both!"
"Horrible service. We went in saying we were getting ideas for a suit and the salesperson immediately said they could make a suit for us before even asking what we were looking for. We told her about a suit that we had seen that we liked and without trying to help us she just repeatedly told us we couldn’t get a suit like that because the material would be too hot. “No way, definitely not.” We hadn’t asked for her opinion on the material and instead of trying to help us find something she just repeatedly told us we couldn’t get what we wanted. Absolutely useless and clearly they don’t need or want customers because they did everything they could to show that they were unwilling to help us."
"Manager was very helpful when it come to a return."
"Appalling experience here. Clueless, probably underpaid, probably underqualified staff). Changed so much from the good old days of Hackett (when they were not a big chain). Example today: I have a Hackett navy suit, where the trousers often get worn out faster than the suit jacket. My job requires that I'm in court every day, and I'm often up and down on cheap courtroom seats, wearing out trousers quickly. I have replaced just the trousers before, with no issue. Today, I was told that my type of suit could not be sold as individuals. I told staff I had purchased the trousers individually before, they just ignored this and repeated that they were not allowed to sell separately. I asked what customers should do when one part of a suit wears out before the other, and they just shrugged their shoulders. I decided then that it was a hopeless case, and the idea of giving any money to Hackett became rather unappealing. Big chains like TM Lewin have better staff, are cheaper, and they don't pretend to be something they are not. Hackett pretend to be something more. They are not. If you are on a budget go to TM Lewin/Charles Tyrwitt. If you have money go to a proper tailors (there are plenty of good ones nearby in this part of London). I will never buy anything from Hackett again."
"Called up to check availability for a jacket. Staff kindly put a M and a L to one side for me. Staff helped me pick correct fit for me. Paid with a discount, left with a stunning jacket in less than 10 mins. Could not have been a better experience 10/10"
