"Complete farce if you’re a bloke. Men’s is on -1 and the changing rooms are always closed. The ground floor changing rooms are for women only so men have to go to floor 1 to try on items on the women’s lingerie floor. Makes no sense whatsoever. Coupled with staff doing nothing in an untidy store and chatting in groups makes for a pretty depressing experience. Men’s section has also got smaller and smaller over time and ranges are pretty poor."
"A large primary with plenty of selection. I was after children's pyjamas and found none in the sizes I was after. Had the same problem for kids tracksuits. I've noticed the prices have definitely increased too, so not as cheap as they used to be. Great for underwear, socks and basics"
"Today I visited the Kingston store and I can say that it is a great inconvenience that you have flashing lights in most of the store, I understand the electricity cut. But I'm epileptic and I couldn't see what I wanted because of the lights, this could end in an accident, I reported it to the very polite manager."
"This store is a good one. It’s got 3 floors for women outfits and shoes and bags and sleeping pajamas . Homeware and menswear as well. Not much for Men though as it’s shared with homeware and beddings and kids art and toys. Recently they’ve opened a cafe inside!! :)) it’s Crepe and roll ! Very interesting. It has a few chairs as well, so if you go with someone less interested in shopping, or tired, they can enjoy some hot drinks and something to eat while you enjoy your shopping. :)"
