"I ordered boots instore on my birthday which my daughter had contributed to the cost of. Was told they would be delivered in 3-5 days. Was going for a short break and wanted them for my walks etc. Heard nothing, so 8 days later, called the Kingston store who eventually found my order number. I was told my order was being processed so he advised I called customer services which I tried to do but couldn't get anywhere as an automated voice was asking for a relevant number to press on my keypad which I wasn't provided with! Called Kingston again who then advised me to email customer services and to include my telephone number which I did straight away. Received an email saying they were no longer avaliable, then received another a few days later saying they got lost in transit, so had differing explanations! They were available at the time of ordering! It took for me to chase them to get this information. Have now received another email saying they will refund me, plus 15% off next purchase which is good, but I so wanted those boots due to them being sturdy with good tread!"
