"Horrible, unprofessional customer service at the H&M Wimbledon! Ignorant people, which aren’t helpful in any way whatsoever. I tried to donate clothes, and yes you do get a voucher of £5(purchase over 25 to redeem )I have been asked to scan the code using my app, however my app wasn’t working so I politely asked if there is any other way to receive the reward, they just start laughing at me saying” your HM membership app don’t work? Well too bad” … shocking. This isn’t the 1st time when members of this particular store are just simply rude, unhelpful and unprofessional."

"I didn't buy anything but, well, the ambience is good because it is not busy and there is plenty of stuff to choose from. It would have been nice if h&m kids was in the same place and not a separate store downstairs in the other corner. Now there are three separate h&m shops in this shopping centre, doesn't seem very well organized. Anyways, apart from that, good store."

"Asked some questions about where to find certain styles---the woman I spoke with had no idea what to recommend and didn't even suggest where it might be. She said she just didn't know "this store" (was asking about a pair of jeans that the H&M website said was in store). Then went to try on items 30 minutes before the store closed. The manager insisted it was not possible to try on anything now as they closed the dressing room an HOUR before closing. Another customer chimed in and noted how frustrating this was for her as well. I only had a few items! They could have opened one dressing room for me for goodness sake. She said it was because they had to disinfect rooms---but shouldn't you do that after the store closes not before? Bad customer service. Not any apology at all or even any empathy. Really disappointed. What is the point of shopping in-person if you can't even try things on and the employees aren't kind, polite or helpful?"

"Decent quality clothes. Well laid out store but there were no customer service assistants to answer questions - there was a cashier at the till and no one on the shopfloor. Shame.. . could have bought two pairs of cargoes from them"
