"Absolutely abysmal service. Hardly ever answer the phone. Said two weeks delivery was more like a month. The bed and sofa finally came. I've attached a picture of the headboard. Completely out of alignment, nothing straight and square. Just terrible craftsmanship. Would not recommend at all. Still waiting for the ottoman, god only knows what that will look like."
