Lauren was very helpful, informative and patient and gave me a really good deal on the furniture. Gavin and James delivered and assembled the furniture and even took my old settee away as well. "Oldham to London. Best sofa buying experience! I've been to almost all of the sofa stores in London then decided to call around & found some online reviews. Decided to call 'Furniture By Lauren'. Spoke to Gavin, who gave me a great offer on the sofa we were looking for. We had almost instant response to any queries we made including changing the colour of our sofa in the order. We were given enough notification before the delivery. They were simply amazing with great level of care, taking off the front door, going through 3 narrow corners of the flat.
