"Went in to try and organise suit rental for a wedding. Went in and could see the only staff member was with a customer. That is fine, but I was not even acknowledged and was left standing at the till waiting. It would have been fine if he'd just looked up and said please bear with me, I'll be with you as soon as I can, but he just ignored me. The store is very small, so there is no way he did not see me. I left to go to the Moss Bros in Colliers Wood, where I got a much better service. Don't waste your time with this branch - go to Colliers Wood"

"I bought a suit and I was told first the tailoring is included in suit price but then later I was charged extra. I didn’t mind, but after few days I went to wimbledon store to pick up my suit and was told I can’t have a carrier bag because I didn’t buy a tailored suit!?? I’ve purchased my suit from Boss at least 4 times in the past and this is the first I heard such an excuse. Overall, poor and tricky customer service. Avoid this branch in Wimbledon!"

"Lewis is a star, a credit to the company, he not only delivered on his word to have a tailor made suit I needed on time he even managed to get alterations done before I needed the suit. He also did some custom work on the waistcoat to support some of my heavier pocket watches. You are a star and I wish only that it wasn’t so far to come to get a new suit I need right now."

"I’ve been meaning to post this for almost two years. I went to this store looking for a suit for my army interview and was on a budget of under £200. I dealt with Lewis and he went out of his way finding a great suit that fit perfectly. as I’m tall lanky with broad shoulders it wasn’t easy but he was polite and pleasant through out and got me a great suit. Brilliant customer service that I still haven’t forgot."

"Bad customer service.. Went to get suits measured for our wedding. They took the measurements and the payment but never processed the order. Fortunately picked it up a few weeks before when one of the groomsmen went to change their suit hire pick up location. They also sold us 7 ties, 2 ties were dirty or faulty- a loose thread and a dirty tie. Went into store where they kept the ties and said they would enquire with the manager regarding a return. They didn't ring back and when we finally got hold of them they refused a return or exchange (even though it was inside 30 day window and one had the label on). They insisted we had tried to remove the dirty marks on both ties and simply wouldn't accept a return.. even though neither had been worn before and we only found/reported one of the ties had a black mark on, the other was fault with a lose thread? My favourite part of this entire ordeal was when they said they would kindly put the ties (we had already paid for) to one side for us as if they were doing us a favour by keeping the ties which they took from us when we returned them into store in the first place.... The staff on the phone couldn't seem to sympathise with the stressful situation and came across very inconsiderate and unhelpful and seem to snap back. Wouldn't apologise for not ringing back or for not initially processing the order... Overall very disappointed, we had hired 4 suits and bought 5 ties from them and they couldn't seem to offer any customer service or empathy. I really wouldn't shop here, lots of errors and poor customer service. They clearly are not very responsive or value feedback as looking at the reviews no one from the chain seems to be responding to feedback to improve."
