Reviews
"Very poor sales experience. 2 people in the store. An older man who is bald and a lady. Both don't have a good selling strategy which I think is meant to be familiar but is poorly executed and comes off as rude. The older man certainly needs work on his delivery as I cannot think of how he could create a less favourable impression. The goods displayed are ok and quite average."
"My experience of this shop was different from the very negative reviews of most. Certainly, I found the pressure to buy uncomfortable - in this instance more than I wanted. (I'm very old and don't like saying 'no' but welcome being 'helped to buy'). However, when challenged to sell a second item for a reduced price, the sales person offered what I considered very good terms. I accepted these and left feeling pleasantly surprised."
"Horrific experience. Shop assistant’s aggression towards me (pregnant), my toddler and my father left us with no choice but to call the police. When I tried to return purchases from the day before (unopened, unused, with receipt) he claimed it wasn’t possible, then told me to email a gmail account with my bank details. I politely told him that I wouldn’t do this and asked for a refund. He started threatening me, poking me in my pregnant stomach (I was wearing a “baby on board” badge), coming dangerously close to my toddler and my father so we had no choice but to leave. This shop and individual really let Richmond High St down. AVOID."
"The man who was working there today was absolutely rude , disrespectful. I had horrible experience stepping into this store today. He literally said get out of my store . All I said to him the jacket he showed we have similar color at home. He has no manners . I had my kids with me left the store with tears in my eyes. I hope this message goes to the owner . This person gets sacked."
"Award for the most horrendously worst shop goes too… . Rude customer service and got kicked out for just trying to look for a suit lol. Some what glad I am not the only one who had this experience. Tells a lot about a shop and where it is heading to.. to the drain."
