"Was greeted at the door, and then once Inside was asked if i needed any help so we knew who to ask for assistance if need be. Products are organised shop is clea and tidy and thry have a good range of designer clothes"
""Fashion" for people whose names end in -aiden, -elle, or are otherwise un-biblical. Only stocks the cheapest diffusion lines of brands possible, if your idea of comme des garcons is limited to the cheap and corny play line with a heart on the converse, this is the shop for you, you won't find anything more imaginative than a small logo on mass produced basics here. If anyone reading this wants to try and really start dressing, which is unlikely for much of the Bluewater crowd, Soho and DoverStreetMarket are far better and I'd recommend shopping there, where fashion, real fashion, is taken seriously and not as meaningless commodity under the iron grip of LVMH, Kering, and other Italian mega-investment groups. If you're already in Bluewater however, or have more plain tastes try Arket or Urbanoutfitters. I implore you, there are actual good clothes out there, all you need to do is peek behind the curtain of logo's on t-shirts and hoodies And really? Flat caps? Oi Oi pikey blinders!"
"For me personally, I don't like this shop. I find it overpriced items for no reason, and the general crowd in this shop isn't great. However, I can't fault the shop itself, if you like designer and expensive things, this is definitely a place to visit. The staff are also very friendly."
"So there's Choice and CHOICE! LOL! They both sell discounted brands...one does the high street stores and the other does the high end brands and supposed to be at discounted prices. However, I found that the Latter was not so enthusiastic about discounted prices. 8 went in hoping to really score and I found that either the prices were the zMe or barely shaven off the original price. So that was disappointing."
"I bought an expensive shirt from here a few days ago. My son in law wasn't keen on it and I returned it today. The assistant didn't believe the shirt hadn't been worn as the tag had fallen off. It had not been worn. It didn't look worn. It didn't smell worn. It was brand new. I was told that meant they couldn't refund the cost. The assistant even checked his cameras to see how the shirt had been scanned. We were made to feel dreadful, almost criminal. After alot of deliberation the assistant grudgingly said on this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill!!!? he would be generous and refund the cost of the shirt. We have spent alot of money in this store over the years, but never again."
