"I thought these were exclusive designs. Only went few shops down and found EXACT same item for £20 cheaper. Went back 10mins after asked for a refund and they refused. I wouldn’t bother wasting money here definitely shop around. And one of the ladies was extremely rude saying there’s noway on earth you can ever get a refund. The suit I was left with had beads missing and damage on the actual material. But they were not interested and they didn’t have anymore in stock either. Be aware of these Asian shops they love to scam their own kind."

"Horrendous customer service. I ordered an outfit for my best friends wedding and it arrived not evenly remotely like the images on the website and with marker pen all over it. I have shared images with the store, emailed and called every day and no one responds to any form of communication. I would recommend everyone stays away from this store and shops elsewhere."

"Beautiful dresses and have reasonable prices, excellent store as you can see each clothes properly, and the most good thing is that the customer service is brilliant as they are very helpful staff. my wife and I been shopping from this shop for the last 3 years, never been let down definitely recommend this shop We got a wedding coming up next year and will be definitely coming back to do more shopping from this store!! "Lovely designs, however I tried on an outfit in store (was given a display outfit to try) This fit well and the girl said she would give me one from the back. Thought nothing of it and paid. Returned home to find embellishments missing and needing to secure several others on as they looked like they were falling off. Not something you would expect when paying £119 for an outfit. Can't fault the designs, just a shame about the workmanship."

"Extremely disappointed by the rude staff who spoke to us today at the Green St Lubnas. We originally ordered from their online store during the pandemic, however, our order took over 6 weeks to come and that was after many emails chasing it up. And one kamees that came was not the one we ordered or thought was coming. On their website there are 2 images (long version and short version) there was no option to pick other than clicking on a photo. We understand that during the pandemic there may be some delays which we overlooked, but why after emailing them to request the kamees be changed they took 2+months to respond after several emails. Obviously during this time their store has been closed so how were we supposed to resolve the matter - wait another 2 months for a reply?? Since the lockdown has been lifted we visited today to not ask for a refund but simply get the kamees we wanted and asked for. The rude lady behind the counter was hostile and tried to lie to our faces saying we confirmed we wanted the the one they sent which is clearly not the case according to our emails. When I asked for proof she conveniently relied that they don’t save every chat - we only ever corresponded via email so am not sure what chat she is talking about! She then tried to place blame on us for coming to their shop 5 months later but most of the time between then and now their shop has been closed and they take months to respond if at all. We only requested they change the kamees to the longer style we wanted but they couldn’t even help us with that. If these are the kind of people representing Lubnas, we will gladly take our money elsewhere."
