"I really like this shop. It's unfortunate that others have had negative experiences but I find this shop has a huge selection and variety in terms of the intensity of some of the designs. The prices are super reasonable.. the only downside is sometimes they may not have your size and they are exchange only which is relatively typical for places that sell clothes such as this. Recently going a few Eid suits there and prices were very good compared to some of the other tat that is being sold. They have some good options for wedding outfits too. Stock is replenished regularly so if you like a design.... you must bag it as it get sold out regularly (I mentioned it can be hard to get sizes). I find that they offer designs that I don't really see on the rest of green street. Give it a go!"
"I have alot to say. First things first, very little knowledge of how to deal with the customer. They take the advantage of people trespassing into their private properties for no reason, under the excuse of damaging their goods, even when i, the paying customer, is ready to pay for the damage done by ME. They are very insolent and 'proud' therefore they belittle anyone thinking they have the right to do so. There are staff in poundshops offering far more better quality of customer service than the 'service' they provide. We are the paying customers, therefore they are not doing any favours on us by letting us in their shops. Furthermore we have every right to7 expect good quality of service and they should at least live upto those expectations if not exceed them. Their goods are average, so i dont know why they are so proud about. if you treasure your pride more than a peice of cloth that isnt upto the highest of standards than you really are wasting your time and money. Now if I were to go into what really happened to me as a customer that deserves the right to not be discrimminated than they would really go out of business. Its not like this is the only review thats against them that 'praises them of their unique' customer service as they are a couple before me. and like them I am never going to walk past their shop let alone step foot in it."
"Had a really bad experience in this shop first when we went in i tried two dress and didn't like it much so we were looking for some other dresses and we waited for 15 mins for the girl to serve us but she was so busy on the phone planning her mehendi for her wedding. We thought ok we can come back later.. After 20 mins i went back in to ask about the dress that i liked and she said my size is not there so i was looking for some other dresses but she looked at me and asked me to leave as she has to get food. It was so insulting it was as if she was doing me a favor when i was a paying customer. And yeah she hates kids coz she couldn't even see them walking around the shop. I mean my little girl is only 2 what else do you expect from a toddler. A disgrace as stuff no manners whatsoever. With her behind the counter this shop will bit run for long. If i could give less than 1 i would."
