"I purchased a suit from this shop with the reassurance that the material would be enough to make a made to measure suit for myself. Being a plus women I need extra material and most suit material is pre measured and cut. The manager on many occasions reassured me that the material would be enough so I purchased it I spent quite a lot of money when I went back home to India to serve it I was told that the suit cannot be made for myself because the material is less so I came back and contacted him by phone I went back into the shop to speak to him about the situation and he refused to even speak to me or give me a refund or even an exchange he said it had been too long and that he has that is his policy so I said to him that’s not a good way to treat your customers. you lied to me about the material being enough and now you’re not even prepared to give me a refund or an exchange. I spent a lot of money on this suit and now it’s just sitting in my cupboard collecting dust. Very bad customer service. I definitely will not go back to that shop because the man is a pure liar. Shame on you RDC IN GREEN STREET."

"Go to this store if you want to be abused as a customer and not spared even in the holy month of Ramadan. We’ve purchased from RDC Ilford many times before, esp for my sister's wedding and owner, Rashid Malik, was always very helpful. But this Green St. shop-keeper with a beard and in a suit is the rudest sales person I've ever met. First, I went into the store with my 70+ year old mother and he couldn't be bothered to even say hello, let alone answer our questions about the fabric. He just pointed to the other staff; from whom we ended up purchasing a suit. At the end of our shopping trip, my mom couldn't walk anymore so she asked me to go pick up one more suit for her that she had liked. He was showing the suit I wanted to purchase along with ten other suits to another lady who was walking around the store on a call. I waited several minutes patiently and asked him if he could please ask the lady, busy on the phone, if she is interested in that suit or I could have it. Importing the typical Pakistani favouritism from back home rather than treating all customers equally, he said he couldn't interrupt her as she's a regular customer and really important. When I looked frustrated by this comment, he proceeded to abuse me by saying that I have a poor attitude and calling me rude and obnoxious and to get out of the store. Note that I hadn't said a single rude thing because I was absolutely shocked at this salesman's audacity of calling me names and being so nasty to a customer that I couldn't even respond! Anyway, that's not my character to stoop to his level but I think RDC ownership should really reconsider putting this disgusting 'East London rude boy' to serve in their store because it is no wonder there are so many negative reviews and the store was empty (other than that one 'exclusive' customer lol)."

"Very rude and rubbish service. I went into Rex green street to buy some suits for family as Eid gifts. Was looking at a few suits as I wanted to purchase 5. The guy who was serving me think it the owner was really rude. I asked him to show me a suit and he said it’s £200, at first I didn’t hear him so I said it agin can I see that suit he repeated it’s £200, so I said yes that’s fine I will like to see it, he responded back il only show it if you are going to but it. How is one going to buy something if you won’t allow them to see especially if you going to spend that kind of money. I just walked out as his service was disgusting, he clearly don’t know how to work in retail or have basic manners to speak. Really uneducated guy. Needs to learn some manners."

"Hello! I am so sorry for the late review. I am honestly so so so happy we got recommended to your company for my wedding dress. After so much stress from other well known companies I was very skeptical to go for a custom made outfit. I came and got seen by Rashid and he is AMAZING! He got me fitted right away even though my wedding was in 2 months. He talked through the whole process and gave me his word and I never will forget his customer service. Now the dress... I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DRESS IN MY LIFE! The dress was 100% better than I had imagined but it was not only the dress that made me love you all and feel comfortable but it was the way you kept me in the loop through the entire making of it, from the images of the fabric we chose, to the hand drawn designs. You really are the best in the business. You did not let me leave on the final fitting until it fit me like a glove (which it pretty much did from the first time I tried it). Thankyou so so so much! I now recommend you to anyone I know getting married."
